"can you come tell us why you think our merchandise isn't selling very well"...a simple enough question. the answer however is a little more complicated. in this case it just came down to the combination of knowing apparel and the psychology of retail. things change and most people have enough on their plate than to worry about print trends or how shoppers think ... and thats where we shine.
caring about the way ink feels is just as important as how it looks - let alone what the design is. the style of printing and what you are printing ON play heavily into why someone purchases something vs. why they don't. knowing how to make something look good, feel great, and wear well is a skillset we have grown over the past 20+ years.
we revisited their designs, methods of printing, garments they were printing, even how they were being displayed. it worked. sales increased exponentially and we have built a long and trusting relationship with one of the most inspirational places in all of Pittsburgh.
