What is your turnaround time?
Usually 7-10 business days. That excludes shipping time and weekends. If it’s a ton of detail or something odd, that can increase turnaround time. If you need it faster let us know so we can give you the skinny on rush fees. Our turnaround time is not a guarantee so if you have a deadline you gotta let us know so we are all focused.

How should I supply my artwork?
If you know your stuff, the best format to get your art over is as an Adobe Illustrator file, to 100% the size you want it to print, with all fonts outlined and saved back to at least CS3.

Next best is a 300 dpi file (JPG, PSD, EPS, PDF) to full print size. If you kinda know your stuff but aren't TOTALLY sure – we outlined the process on our ART PREP page to help you out.

What is the largest print size?
14” W x 16” H

What if I want something bigger?
It’s possible but you are going to need to email us with details.

I’m not sure what kind of shirts I want to print on.
There are tons of brands but there’s a couple styles of shirts that we usually work with. We made this sweet GARMENT STYLES page to help you understand what’s what.

How much are screen charges?
we don’t charge for screens, we have a $30 fee that covers the entire set up for the job.

Do you have a minimum?
Barely – our minimum is 12 only shirts per design.
Well, you can get ONE shirt if you want - but it’s going to cost the same as 12….so that’s your call.

Can I mix and match shirt and ink colors?
Yes. As long as the ink colors are the same and work on the shirt color. If we need to change ink colors it will cost $10 per swap.

What colors of ink can you print?
we can print whatever you need. if you choose from OUR STANDARD INK COLORS - we wont have to mix anything and theres no fee.

if it HAS to be exact, you’d have to get a Pantone matched color…

Which leads to….Do you offer Pantone ink matching?
Yes. Pantone matches are available for $15 per color. We are pretty great at matching ink colors by eye and typically Pantone matches are unnecessary but this is a very hands on human process and we are matching colors to a computer screen that might not look exactly the same as your computer screen. If exact color matching is important, Pantone matches are the safest bet.

Can I mix shirt sizes / do I have to order in dozens?
yes / no.

Can I supply my own garments?
This is case by case. We would love to say NO just based on experience. HOWEVER, we want to work with you, so as long as you understand the following, we are cool with it. Screen printing on supplied garments comes with some risk. There’s a ton of things that can go wrong - from dyes, to blends, to shipping, to all kinds of unforeseen issues. Therefore we ARE NOT responsible and WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY for any issues that may arise in printing supplied garments. We will not refund the cost of the garment for anything that may have happened during the printing process.

Also, all supplied garments must be clean and new with all tags removed.

I want American Apparel or some other different brand, can you do that?
Yep. As long as we can get the blanks we will print it for you….or if you have something to supply, that’s cool too. Here are a few of our distributors online catalogs. Feel free to browse ALPHA SHIRTS or S&S ACTIVEWEAR.

I got extras in my order / I am missing a few shirts that I ordered / the print isn’t in the exact same place of every shirt… What happened?
Orders are counted in and out so it is very rare that you will be shorted on an order and to cover that all orders can have a 10% over or under run. Still if you find that you have been shorted, contact us and we will verify it. Usually resulting with a refund for the value of the shorted shirts. If they are overrun, you can let us know but it’s usually that we toss extras in as a thank you for being such a great customer. Sometimes a shirt is damaged in the process and due to the nature of printing and setup we are not responsible for these shortages. Again, let us know and we will make it right. Also, this is a hands on process. Every shirt is loaded by hand – so there will be slight variables where the print falls. Variations can be upwards of 1/4 inch. We do this all day everyday and have it down to an amazing skill…but if you look hard enough (at duplicates of any shirt), you are going to find variations. It’s always smart to order extras.

If you really have an issue, return the shirts. We will review them and follow up with an honest, professional, opinion and solution.

Do I need to pay for my shirts now?
Yes, we require full payment to get things going.

You guys are killer, how can I possibly thank you for being so awesome?
Aww shucks, thanks. You don’t need to do anything…..just tell your friends. It’s the only way we get any work.
